About
I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of technology, data, and real-world operations. I started as a software engineer and researcher, spent years as a CTO and co-founder building products from scratch, and eventually landed in product management, where I get to combine technical depth with strategy and leading people.
Most of my work has been on products where the product is the algorithm: routing optimization, ML-powered prediction, data platforms, connector frameworks. I like problems where the complexity is real, the data is messy, and the only way forward is to build alongside the people who depend on what you're building.
What I've worked on
Most recently I was Head of Product Management at Stuart, a last-mile delivery platform operating across Europe. I led network optimization, a 32-person cross-functional team working on the systems that decide how packages move through a city. That work added up to €40M in cost savings from improvements to the bundling algorithm, and a 2pp improvement in on-time delivery from an ML model that predicts when packages will be ready for pickup.
Before that I spent most of 2022 at Onna, building a connectors framework for a knowledge integration platform. And before that I co-founded Avancargo, a B2B logistics SaaS in Buenos Aires, first as CTO and then Head of Product. Between 2017 and 2022 we grew it from an idea to 25k users and raised a $1M seed round.
Elsewhere
I've taught entrepreneurship at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, mentored early-stage founders, and published research on privacy and software verification. I have an MSc in Computer Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires, an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a postgraduate degree in Data Science & AI from Universitat de Barcelona.
I live in Barcelona. If you're working on hard platform, data, or AI/ML product problems, I'm always happy to talk. Find me on LinkedIn or GitHub.
